Tarmong whose predestination of becoming a famous souvenir is now close at hand.

It is a sweet bread like “manju”. The inside is bursting with white bean and it has a familiar taste to Japanese people. Its texture is categorically soft and mouthwatering.

The character is a Tarsier with large eyes that was originally designed by the owner. There are different sort of packages for the sizes and the bread inside has no chance to be deformed due to the quality of the box.

Tarmong make their own bread and have their own bakery inside the café. The place iscovered with glass subsequently you can see how clean their breads are.

Manufacturing Process

Tarmong has five machines

from Japan and is precisely made for making the entire process of the bread.

First, the contents and outer fabric are put into the machine, the contents are wrapped in the outer fabric and divided into the same size.

The bread is pressed to form Tarmong.

Then bake in the oven for 11 minutes. Rotate it around to make it evenly baked.How,you can bake up to 408 items at a time.
