② When it is discovered that a photo is not suitable for upload in "cebutrip free image" due to defects, low quality, or violates copyrighted materials, the company has the right to delete or not to upload the photograph.

Downloading and Using of Photographs
① 「The user who downloaded a photograph can use it regardless of commercial and other purposes.
Downloaded pictures are free and available for educational purposes, to offer to customers, or can be used as part of multi media content such as advertisements, pamphlets and other printed materials, website, video, games, software, etc.

- The photos cannot be used in a way contrary to public order and morals with the intention contrary to public activities. Also, regardless of whether or not contrary to public order and morals, the photos cannot be used as covers for adult magazines, adult video (and other media such as DVD, CD-ROM, WEB sites of any) and other related materials. Also, the pictures cannot be used on pornography articles, pictures, publicity, advertising,and sex-related materials (legal and illegal, commercial or non-commercial, personal, corporate, refers to sex related, regardless of any other aspects).
- The photos, edited or not, cannot be distributed as independent transactions (sale, rental, lending, etc.) or cannot be publicly transmitted or broadcasted using the internet or home pages for profit or non-profit purposes.
- The photos cannot be used to interfere with other photos that the company published.
- The photos cannot be used as main content data for products (including but not limited to calendars, jigsaw puzzles, etc.) The photos cannot also be incorporated and distributed to softwares or hardwares (for example, greeting card services in the Internet, downloading service templates, etc.). It cannot be used in sample materials, like in mobile phone screen savers, and in other applications. Withdrawal from Membership
① When a member wishes to cancel membership, a request must be made as prescribed by the company.
② The withdrawal process is complete after the request has been accepted and confirmed, and the user is notified.

① The user cannot act in behalf of the company, to transfer, relocate to third parties any transactions.
