In particular, the Busay mountain area has become a hot spot in recent years, enjoying great popularity among both locals and tourists. TOPS
TOPS, which reopened in February this year, is a highly sought-after tourist destination renowned for its panoramic views of Cebu City. Popular among both tourists and locals alike, this observatory welcomes visitors round-the-clock, ensuring you can enjoy its splendor at your convenience. The night view of Cebu City is particularly enchanting, leaving an indelible impression that transforms into cherished memories. Additionally, the circular observation deck now features a restaurant area where guests can savor a diverse array of cuisines including Filipino specialties, savory steaks, refreshing shaved ice, and more, all while soaking in the breathtaking scenery.

other restaurants such as "after all steak" are scheduled to open. (Hours of operation vary by restaurant.)
With this reopening, a convenient shuttle bus service has been introduced!
The price is 200 pesos including the shuttle bus between IT Park and Tops and the entrance fee to Tops. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. In the past, we had to worry about transportation to get to Tops, but now we can get there more easily.
- Entrance fee: 100 pesos (open 24 hours)
Shuttle bus (round trip + admission fee): 200 pesos (first bus: IT park → Tops (7AM) / last bus: Tops → IT park (3AM)

**Shuttle buses run every 30 minutes.
Sirao Garden
Sirao Garden is popular for its many photogenic objects. The royal hand sculptures are sure to be Instagram-worthy! You can also overlook the mountains of the Busay area and experience the nature of Busay firsthand. It is a royal spot for sightseeing in Cebu.

Akutsu Cebu Observatory
This is the first astronomical observatory in Cebu! Mr. Tomio Akutsu, a Japanese amateur planetary observer, could not forget the starry sky he saw while stationed in Cebu, so he moved to Cebu and opened this private astronomical observatory.
According to Mr. Akutsu, Cebu Island is an excellent observation spot where the atmosphere is not shaken. Not only the moon, but also the Southern Cross, the Milky Way, and other beautiful constellations in the southern sky can be observed.

Bukid Tres, an outdoor dining restaurant serving Filipino cuisine, is a member of the Choobi Choobi chain of restaurants in the Philippines.

Gaslamp District, like a roadside station in Japan, is located on the main road in Busay and is home to stores such as Ally Mango, a popular mango shake store among the Japanese and locals, and Potato Corner.
