The recommended set menu at Aqua Cafe features three dishes, soup, and rice beautifully arranged on a plate lined with banana leaves, allowing you to fully enjoy Filipino cuisine. There are two types of set menus available at Aqua Cafe.
On the upper left of the plate is the Filipino pork stew. It is called Bicol Express, which is made by simmering pork and vegetables in a base of chili, coconut milk, and seafood broth. Below it is various traditional Filipino dishes, including Pansit Bihon, a lucky noodle dish that is essential at celebration occasions in the Philippines.

The soup, known as 'Tinola', features a broth made from chicken with flavored seasonings, and is topped generously with the leaves of 'Moringa', which is also famous as a superfood, in the Filipino style. It is a mild and healthy soup. Meanwhile, the standout dish is the 'Pork Sisig', a specialty that originated in Pampanga, located in central Luzon in the Philippines. This dish consists of finely chopped pork stir-fried on a hot plate with soy sauce, vinegar, and seasonings, making it popular to everyone.
